Terms and Conditions

All goods remain the property of Paper & Card until paid in full.

Orders placed with Paper & Card shall not be binding unless they have been accepted by Paper & Card.

Whilst every effort will be made to accomplish deliveries and maintain prices quoted, Paper & Card have the right to vary prices and deliveries.

All goods must be paid for before being dispatched. All payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling.

Paper & Card have the right to delay or cancel delivery. All prices quoted on this site include VAT at the appropriate applicable rate.

DESPATCH

Deliveries will be dispatched within 2-5 days.

Should there be a problem with an item we will let you know either by telephone or email.

We can only dispatch to a full postal address as the goods must be signed for by recipient or appointed person. Postage quoted is to mainland UK ie it may be extra to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and some Aberdeen postcodes. A quote will be given for these locations. We will advise you, should the postage charges require revising.

PAYMENT

We can accept Secure payment : Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Paypal online.

If you prefer to pay over the telephone process your order and then click the button 'pay by phone' and we will contact you for payment before despatching your goods.

RETURNS

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required. We will also pay the standard postage costs of returning your goods. Please contact us before returning damaged goods.

 We want you to be delighted with your order, should you be unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it.

We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition.  You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation.

When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us. Any replacement items should be ordered through the website as a new order.

 Goods must be returned in an 'as new' condition. It is upto you to ensure that returned goods are suitably packed for posting. A refund will not be given on any returned goods that are not received in an 'as new' condition.

If it is after 7 days please contact us and we will let you know what we are able to do to help.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact Paper & Card as soon as possible, as once the delivery process has begun we will be unable to cancel it.
